Hey there!
The wheels are Boyd Coddington Smoothie 2's. 17x8 front, 17x10 rear and the tires are 17/275/50 front and 17/285/60 rears. The rims are 4.5 backspacing on all 4, but you should measure yours for the backspacing you want.
