I rebuilt the carb last night and its dialed in now. The regulator didn't help the issue and I don't like the way it looks, so I was planning on taking it out. The parts guy suggested it. I am putting a new (used) intake on and the rebuilt carb, flushing the lines and cleaning the tank this weekend. Then I can rule out fuel as an issue. I've also been told to wire my choke open.
