Still waiting on CPP parts to finish up the frame. I've been dreading cutting in and mounting the defrost ducts. It took alot of measuring and figuring it out as I went. I think it turned out good. I think the openings are big enough not to whistle. I might hook up a airline on the duct and see what happens.

I drilled holes and put pieces of thread all in the holes and welded the top of the rod even with the dash and ground flat. I had to put 1"extensions (washers) because the nut was too close to the duct so I couldn't tighten it up. With the extension it worked great.
