Re: Are Our Trucks Hard To Find?
Not many here in Alaska as far as I can tell, though I have seen a few on Craigslist (That is where I found mine), most of them are rough around the edges though. There have been some trailer queens on the strip (Yes, Anchorage has a "Strip"), a few in local car shows, and you see them around from time to time in the summer. But as far as a nice quality restore or original roaming the pavement, I have only seen about a half dozen good looking 67-72 rigs on the road in the last 14 years I have lived here, and as we all know those usually stand out in a crowd, at least to us gearheads that appreciate them. Who knows though, this place is just different, guess that doesn't mean they are not here, they may just be in hiding...or hibernating.
