This was the deal.

Ebay and paypal are just like the casino's, they just never lose.
Well I bought it with the BIN what was pictured as a decent factory AM/FM from a 1970 Blazer. Guy even described that it worked and he had removed from his Blazer to install a CD deck. Buy it Now was $180 + $17 shipping for a lightly pitted but working radio. My wife thought it would be something she could buy for our nice 71 Cheyenne survivor C10 so we bought it Dec 3rd and paid with Paypal via our credit card.
A week later I get a box with a rusty beat up black knob AM 67-72 radio from the guy. After 5 contacts and even two phone messages to him he replies back that oh he was just selling it for a friend and he'll get a hold of him to make it right or send the right radio. Never heard from him again even though the radio box came right from this sellers house in Pennsylvania. Even found out it must be a kid living at his parents house by the phone number given to me from Ebay.
Filed the complaint which eBay made me file with Paypal and of course they could not resolve and awarded me judgement by default. But guess what, no money because they can no longer sieze any funds from his accounts.
So let this be a lesson NOT to ever use your bank funds to pay for paypal even though they try their hardest to discourage using other fund payment.
I still used my credit card on Paypal so maybe I still can dispute the credit card payment to Paypal.
