Should be some good used ones around, shipping is the problem. I have one, but packing it up and shipping would likely be more than it is worth.

Welding close to the window would have burnt the rubber, glass would likely have been removed before any repairs were made.

Factory glass was either clear or a light green tint. If yours is blue, I would check real close for tint film being applied or a poor replacement. Are the ripples on one side only ? If ripples are on both sides, suspect the glass, else if the are only on one side, might just have bad tint film applied.
