55 Wood bed help
Well I have a 55 2nd gen 1 ton that I am doing and I got to the bed today. Now my problem is that there are not cross rails that bolt to the frame except the rear sill and someone has welded 2 inch angle steel on the sides for the wood on the sides to sit on. I have no idea how this is supposed to be. Does anyone know where I can get a full metal kit or see some pics on how this is supposed to be. I have the wood and the strips that go between the wood but I dont have anything else and I really dont know what I need or what to do about these angles hack welded to the bed sides.
