That is the truck that Joe McPherson had built, then drove from San Francisco to Florida. There was a feature article on it that took two months of issues to publish. I think it was Classic Trucks magazine. The workmanship is incredible. The attention to detail is mind-boggling. My mind thinks someone nicknamed "Squeak" did a lot of the work on it. The wheelwells are '88-98, which is what I reference whenever anyone shows a pic of a '67-72 that has an '88-98 Stepside bed on it.
There is no way anyone could build that truck for less than $100K, today. You should find the magazines that featured it and see for yourself.
Just read the initial post and I was right about "Squeak". Whew!
