So what's a hubcap? They may be wheelcovers according to GM but maybe Ford or Chrysler calls them hubcaps. Someone somewhere has to call them hubcaps or else that term would not be so widely used. I bet if there was a survey done, more people would know what a hubcap is over wheelcover.
