61-62 had front torsion bar suspension, which isn't good for me since my donor truck is normal coil spring front suspension. I have a lot of motivation to use my front suspension since I have all the Early Classic stuff and swaybar stuff already.

In 64-66 models, the windshield is just curved and not wrap around. This makes the door more normal shaped, but it's just not the look I want.
Sounds like a great project! I also like the 1060's jet age styling of these trucks (and cars). And heck, sounds like you have most of the suspension parts you would need to upgrade it.
