The frames are very similar but as stated, not the same. The front frame horns are very different & would have to be cut/spliced if swapping. The cab mounts & mount locations are different as well.

Tx, is they new owner of your 'work rig' going to finish you dually conversion or is that one upgrade that's going to remain just an idea?
