Just remember no one has a perfect business...which means there are no perfect sellers and there are no perfect buyers. In my old age I have learned that patience and kind words will get more things resolved then a bucket of castor oil.
When your feeling down with a transaction...always remember "James Blanton aka "tex parts 67-72" and Partner" Now that will give a person areason to go off the deep end. JMHO
