Turn the crank, recondition the rods, bore the cylinders .030 over, align bore the block for the crank, have the deck surfaced for the head, do a 3 angle vavle job on the head, have it milled .030 also. New stock valve springs, new hardened pushrods, get an RV cam kit with lifters, put it back together.

This will yeild you about 180hp and close to 250 ft lbs of torque. Pretty good for a 6.
