ECE has screwed up a few of my orders over the years. Every time though, they express shipped the proper parts to me immediately without question or complaint. I understand humans making mistakes, it's all about how graciously they handle them that leaves an impression on me. If I ever make a mistake, I will try and make it right immediately.
