Ive also been thinking about doing a full tilt forward front end, the ability to take the front sheetmetal off with little to no effort is very enticing, heres an example of one ive seen before, I think the only thing I might try differently is to incorporate a sliding mechanism into the hinge so the front sheetmetal can get enough clearance from the cab, then swivel up.
