Personally, I wouldn't waste the money on putting HID lamps in an H4 housing. HID's need to be focused just right and have a reflector that cuts off the beam at the top.....an H4 conversion bucket just won't do that. If you really want HID's check these out.
They're a bit pricey @ $400 each, but will give you the best forward lighting available.
