I drive at night all the time and run an H-4 light that is made in India. It isn't quite a good as a Cibie but it throws a lot of light down the road and I haven't had anyone hit the brights on me to tell me my low beams are too bright or high even though they are 55 watt. I run the 55/100 white bulbs and really like the light pattern.

I've thought about putting one of those conversion kits in but haven't had the money to fritter away yet in case they don't work out.
