The cheapest way to get shoulder belts is to either use late 80's/early 90's s-10 belts, or an aftermarket setup that you can get from vendors. Yes, you could get a shoulder harness in 67-72. Those are very very rare though, and you will spend 3-4 times if not more on them to put them in your truck. They are very hard to come by and most that have them, do not sell them.
