MrTucker, any decent metal fab shop should be able to follow Jeff's drawings cut them out and bend them up.
You might have to get the drawings done up to full size for patterns though.
I'd say that the whole set shouldn't take more than a couple of hours shop time if you have full size patterns to work from.
