Just flat black when it's dry but it's paintable.

Not really being used as a 'bed liner' per say, plus it's not advertised as such, it's advertised as sound & heat control.
Two other things to consider though, #1 - it's paintable where others are not & #2 - it cleans up with water.

When we're done with Moab next year, tag along with Greg & I on the trip home and fly back to Cali leaving it here to be fixed up, then the following Sept. fly out and we'll pull a caravan out to Moab again!
