This steering rack has been a tough one to beat, but the ball is rolling in the right direction now. I worked on it last night. Came up with a solution for replacing the tie rods with solid/non-pivoting stubs. Pics to come...
Just ordered some CNC equipment linear motion components so I can add some linear tracking for increased stability similar to the RRS unit:
I mocked up the PS suspension again and mounted the S2000 rack. I will be temp-installing some referencing gauges to allow me to replicate the factory Honda tie rod placement.
