I really have not needed the motor until now, so it didn't matter. Now I am getting to the point where it would help me to have it for wiring and clearance issues. I still have not installed my steering column so it isn't a necessity. I gave him my 283 on March 4th and we could not find the correct pistons for it, so he gave me a 327, so I really can't complain. He will have it for me soon and that's fine, but it is still frustrating to have waited almost a year.
But he gaurantees his work and will come to the shop and help get it tuned all for around $1600.....so that isn't bad.
