Very nice build you have, can you tell me more about the hood peak and a finished (to date) pic of the hood. It looks like you filled in the cowl vent right?
How did you keep from heat warping the hood panels?

The last pic is of the finished to date hood. The cowl vent is filled I bought a fill panel from *****in products to do that, because it was cheap ($20 if I remeber correctly)and had bevel edges to make it easy to finish. I controlled the heat by tig welding it with wet towels next to the weld and only welding small areas at a time and moving around to not get heat concentrated in one area, I still had to do some hammer and dollying bit not much.
