Why do you need to set it up at ride height? If your building a 2 link type rear suspension i would set up the suspension laid out. Wheather its laying frame or laying body. Are you building a frame or a rear frame clip? You should be able to do it all by measurement. If your doing a 2 link style cantilever you will get plenty of lift with the truck.
