I did some measuring on the axle end, and came up with some rough numbers for how much material needs to be removed to install the rotor properly. From the center hub, is a 0.276" overall, or 0.138" from the existing diameter (a touch over 1/8"). From the actual axle "flange", the part the studs are in, will require 0.250 or 1/4" removed from the existing diameter to accomodate the rotor which leaves 1/4" of material beyond the wheel stud.

I will machine them and post the exact #'s that I start & end with & per Ken's request, take lots of pictures
