Re: Custom 1987 GMC Crew Cab Short Bed
I understand what you mean by trying to juggle finances with building your project(s).
My motives are purely to build a truck that can do anything I could ever want it to do, be comfortable, fuel efficient, cheap insurance, cheap registration, and it will all be paid for buy "Horse Trading" (No finance charges or monthly payments)... Cool
Less overhead expenses = Less stress
We all have junk lying around... Get off your butt(s) and start liquidating... You might just find a complete restoration in your piles of so called junk...
Just in case any of you are struggling to stay motivated or can't find the energy to finish what you started, let me give you just a sneak peak into my life:
Husband and Father...24/7
Full Time Student...3 of 5 days per week 9 hrs per day
Self Employed (TLC sales and restoration).... 40-60 hrs per week
New litter of 7 puppies.... (Shoot me)...24/7
(3) other dogs, and (3) Cats
building a new shop
fencing in my yard (replacing old fencing)
cast as a leading role in the next college production play
Church every Sunday
All this and a whole lot more, and I still find the time to through into my Crew Cab...
Just do it.... NIKE
