The saying goes "If you need a truck get a 1 ton, If you have a use for a truck get a 3/4 ton, If you want to haul groceries get a 1/2 ton"

A 3/4 ton whould have better braking, GVW rating, The full floating rearend is a plus.

This my OPINION.
