Kobalt customer service is a circular reference joke where the store gives you the customer service number and that goes directly to a store locator (no human).
Any thoughts?

maybe try pioneer customer service or crutchfield?
also, on the customer service line, try pushing 0 as soon as the computer starts or if it's voice activated I just say help and it generally connects me with a human...
