that's what i did, and yes i'd call to complain if one of my neigbors was doing something to adversley affect the value of my investment!! but it wouldn't just be the police i'd also make calls to whoever holds the mortage on the property, whoever issues the insurance on the property the EPA and any other agency to bring maximum pressure to bear to protect my investment!!! the way i look at it it's just like stealing from me!!
