Guess I am too old as I do not see the humor in it. In my neighborhood that could cost you a very expensive fine. Remember, a home and neighborhood generally is/are your largest investment. If you want to throw money away that is one thing...to ask your neighbors is quite another. At least that is this old guys point of view.
