Very cool! Last fall a few of my friends and one of my brothers did the same thing. We tore down a 20x30 rotten mess and put up a 30x39. One side has 12' walls and the other has 8'. We tore down the old building October 23rd and were using the new one the 2nd week in December. It was a lot of work and we only had time to work on it on the weekends. But it was well worth it.
