Griffin's thoughts are what I was thinking, to "trick" the switch. It seems like I've read something somewhere on this but, I'm not sure. Have you tried the sites V8s10 or S10v8, they have alot of info about V8 swaps. Tonight I will see what color wires go out of the switch and where they go on the S10 harness.
