Well, the Victor's operating range is:
VICTOR JR. LS1 CARBURETED OR COMPETITION EFI FOR GM GEN III (3500-7500 rpm)



and the Performer RPM is:
offering maximum power and a broad torque curve from 1500 to 6500 rpm.


...this is why I have waited for the LSX dual plane. How many rpm below the rated range would I be with a SP? 2000? Unless you are going for all out race mode...you're better off with the dual plane. Specs are the same for the LSX DP intake, so max rpm would only be 300rpm over its "rated" range.
