not Necessarily, if you leave the switch on, the fans will come on when you turn the truck on.. but if you want them to be on all the time.. just remove the toggle switch and run the 12v source straight to the relay.

I like it to be on a toggle as it allows the motor to warm up faster, I don't work a long ways from work and at least 50% of my driving I don't even really need the fans on (short trips and such).
