Get a can of carburetor cleaner. And spray around the intake and throttle body while the engine is running. The engine will rev if you hit a leak. at that point try to pinpoint where its leaking and fix it. After you do that. Put the timing back at 0. Then unhook the battery and leave the truck sit for an hour or so to make the computer lose its memory. hook the battery up and restart the truck. Remember just because a component is new doesnt mean its actually working. Are you throwing any codes and what are they? Vacuum should be closer to 20 inches but we will tackle that afterward. The other thing to do would be a compression test to make sure that the engine is mechanically sound.
