I wouldn't trust the guy that bid $500-600. I'm a professional bodyman and could do something like that in my garage, but I wouldn't touch it for less than $1200. The $2600 quote is like something you would get from a shop where the management takes 2/3 off the top for their cut, then the bodyman doesn't even want to do the repair for his end.

As far as matching that paint color goes, it won't.
