Coils run from $35 for cheapies to $100 each for the Delco (depending on which coil you have). So you would rather drop $300-$800 on parts that aren't bad/you haven't checked out? The dealers get around $85 per hour here and good, compentent shops will get about 2/3's of the dealer cost per hour, still cheaper than 8 crappy coils for an hour or 2 of diagnosis. Take it to a shop, have them hook it up and analyize the data. Don't throw parts at the problem, you'll end up at the end at all the money you spent that didn't fix it.
