thanks man... you just made me feel like a real jerk i do apprieciate your offer and help. i'm going to go to pick in pull this morning to see what i can find. and btw, i was taking the 3 wire one apart while its still on the truck. tried to pull the wires out through the column. so pulling off the wires was my retarded mistake. i just need the 4 wire switch and i think it will be alright. i'll keep you updated
