I have had the tub on and off three times now and have had no problems so far but I do plan on replacing the chains with something rigid. They are kind of a PITA to get into place and with something rigid the pull on the seat bolts will be perpendicular to the floor rather that inward towards the center beam.

Thats how I did it. Only for balancing I used blocks off wood or pieces of steel laying them here and there to get the tub to level out, lol.
