Re: lowered my truck today
This truck is a great example of why I'm banging myself around with yet another build:
The beauty of these trucks is in the same arena as my motivation when I started building Harleys back in the mid-seventies. Each person puts his own design ideas, usually sweat and toil and money, and comes out with something very personal.
Sadly, the HD personalizing thing is a thing of the past. That is, IMHO. There are nice ones, for sure. But mostly, in the m/c mods, I see bolt on stuff instead of what we do with our beloved Chevy/GMC trucks
I love your truck. Yeah, there are things that I would have done differently. So what? There are things you've done that make me drool. And there are things you've done that I'd do EXACTLY the same way. Your truck is beautiful.
I love these trucks. Every one that's shiny, rusty, beat-up or showroom. I love 'em lowered, lifted, stock, hi-tech modified, black, white and everything in between. Big or small block, sixes, four speeds, automatics...whatever.
I like everything about them. I just don't like 'em crushed.
Nice job, Man.
