Re: Prepping for a BBC conversion

Let me see if I am seeing this correctly. The front water hole on the intake manifold is where you put the temp sending unit, you ran heater hoses from one of the top intake outlets, blocked off the other top intake hole, ran the 2nd heater hose from the radiator, blocked off the two holes on top of the water pump. Is this correct?

I'm building an '82 shortbed with a big block, and using the same intake you have, and want to get it right...

I also installed Comp Cams Full Roller Rockers because the stamped rockers were not allowing proper oil flow according to the mechanic who has been helping me through some of the issues.

I also got my flex-a-lite electric fans working good today after relocating the sending unit to the front of the intake and blocking off the hose to the water pump.
