My fenders hang below the rocker about 1/4" each side and I've seen this on several trucks before so I know mines not unique. I don't remember if the fenders were hanging lower then the rocker when i first got this truck but it also drives me nuts when i see trucks that guys put tons of money and labor in it and the lines don't line up. It took some massaging to make then line up good. That why you want to set and mock-up everything the way you want before it time for paint. Its all in what the eye perceives.
