The yard is bigger than my last place.
As for the garage in the house, it had a 4in. terracotta wall that separated the garage from the basement that I took down. The old dimensions of the inside of the garage was 9 1/2 ft wide by 19 ft long. I am going to build a new wall to separate the two and my garage will be 11-12 ft wide in locations by 24 ft long.
