Yes I have emailed Jeff and Jim
again. I am sure they step up and fix the issues being had lately. The amount of bad review posts here lately is simply unacceptable for a board vendor. We have always been super selective about the companies we allow to advertise with us. I would ask you all to give them a chance to figure out the source of the issues and tend to them.
I am sure they will take care of the matters at hand, and do everything possible to assure these issues stop.
