To get the light shaft out, reach around the back and there should be some sort of push button on top of switch assembly. Once it's pressed hard enough you should be able to pull the light switch knob out. It's takes a little more effort than you think, just keep working with it. Make sure your battery's disconnected or your lights may be on for as long as you have the switch out.

thanks landonl i havent had to do this yet when i got my cab the cluster was out of it
