I checked my build sheet and there is no specific area that clearly calls out seat belt color. I suspect it is buried in one of the trim blocks. As mentioned by others, belt color may have been more plant specific and could have come down to what the assembly worker had nearby at the time.

I have heard that about the glovebox door and the AC vents too. Like they did not have the body colored pieces on hand so they just used the "universal" black ones.....
