I had a '72 Custom Deluxe with Sandalwood dash pad, defrost vents, no tilt, parchment interior and parchment seat belts.
I would guess that the original non-tilt column in the GMC in question is Sandalwood (light tan). If so, I would expect the seat belts to be parchment.
