Maybe also the Better business bureau, put it in writing and mail it to their coorporate office along with comparable trucks for sale, reciepts for what you've done (copies of course), and the arbritration results (again, in writing). They'd be stupid not to just pay you off since they'd lose more with bad business referals.

Also, look at what you saved over the years by not having full coverage and view that as your own insurance policy that just had to pay out. Cobaltco Insurance collected $xxx.xx dollars per year and now is paying to fix the truck. This is how I justify not getting full coverage. I figure what I save on premiums can apply to fixing my truck in the future. The benefit is if you don't have a claim on yourself, you keep the money.
