daverod, I use poster board on the more harder shapes like the tranny tunnels. It is much cheaper than steel for screw ups. I made the lower piece first in metal and put it in, the cut the poster board to close the shape for the upper part of the tranny tunnel. Then took my dirty hands and rubbed on the edges of the metal and it puts a dirt line on the poster board. Then just cut on the dirty line and check to see if it fits, then make out of metal.
