va72c10 i dont think i need a residual valve. unless your master cylinder is below the bleeder valves. like in a frame mounted master cylinder set up.the residual valve prevents fluid from backflowing to the master cylinder causing a spongy pedal.the master cylinder being lower thenthe bleeder does something with the pressure and gravity. i bought a disc/disc combination valve that does metering (which holds off pressure until rears catch up)and proportion (which gives the rear full pressure to a certian point so the back doesnt lock up)
